- Qualification- BE, BCA, MCA + MBA’s in business administration, marketing & sales will be preferred.
- Business Development Manager here will be responsible for generating business & revenue generation of the company by dealing with all kind of clients, specially HNI clients.
- He/she should be responsible for driving business growth and bringing new business opportunities’ through meetings and tie-ups.
- He/she should be experienced enough to handle a sales & marketing team and should be capable enough to interact and co-ordinate with other departments as well.
- He/she should be capable of strategic planning as it’s the key component for generating business. Should be flexible enough to survey the marketplace, generating lead (both telephonic & gate crash) and analyze the competitors & bring business accordingly that.
- We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, flexible, work under pressure and is target oriented (should be able to take target as challenge).
- He/she will be handling team of telesales, sales & marketing executive.
- He/she will be responsible of taking care of management & administration of the company.
- He/she will be responsible for new lead generation (both on phone & field work) & will also be capable enough to drive business through existing leads.
- He/she will be open enough to work on references by maintaining good professional relation with clients.
- He/she will be responsible for overall revenue and business generation for the company.
- He/she will be able of completing monthly & yearly targets (both directly & team) and achieving given targets.
- He/she will going out on fields with team and individually for cracking a meeting and for giving business presentation.
- Also He/she will be responsible of making business presentation and plan.
- He/she should be capable enough to think and come up with good business ideas and promote the same.
- Writing Proposals & specifications.
- Sales & duty roster maintenance.
- Conducting training programs & workshops.
- Hiring instructors & staffs.
- Collaboration with other departments.
- Competitive analysis
- Analyse new potential clients and work on them.
- Find HNI clients.
- Entrepreneur skills & good managerial skills required.
- Target oriented & should be able to work under pressure.
- Flexible for field work and with timings.
- Good market knowledge.
- Should be able to put proposals and quotations in front of clients.
- Should have good negotiation & dealing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Preferred BE, BCA, MCA + MBA’s in business administration, marketing & sales will be preferred) .
- 2 years of sales & marketing experience is must.
- Pleasant personality (one should know how to carry themselves professionally).
- Very good communication skills of Hindi & English (Both verbal & written).
- User friendly with computer, excels, PPT, word, Internet & emails.
- Should have at least 1 year of field job experience.
