We are hiring Business Development Managers and Marketing Specialists to take over the new sales territory. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Their work includes researching the market, analysing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Requirements:

• Experienced/Freshers may Apply
• Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream with good Marketing capabilities)
• Strong communication skills (English and Malayalam)
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary
