Job Title:  Business Development Manager
Reports to: Client Servicing Manager/Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on project status.
3. Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.
4. Client Feedback and Insights: Gather client feedback, analyze insights, and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
5. Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and identifying opportunities for growth.
6. Problem-Solving: Resolve client complaints and issues promptly, professionally, and fairly.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client service.
8. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance client servicing efficiency.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or related role.
3. Skills:    
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.    
- Strong client relationship-building and management skills.    
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.    
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
4. Personal Attributes:    
- Customer-focused and results-driven.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
