1. Job Overview
A Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue goals. The BDM acts as a bridge between the organization and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable products or services.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Business Growth & Lead Generation

B. Client Relationship Management

C. Sales Strategy & Execution

Plan and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Prepare business proposals, quotations, and agreements based on client requirements.

Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
D. Team Collaboration & Leadership

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development.

Mentor and support junior executives in achieving their targets.

Conduct regular meetings with internal teams to discuss business progress and challenges.
E. Reporting & Analysis

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business performance.
