Roles and Responsibilities:
• Managing a team and taking follow ups on day-to-day sales activities.
• Lead management and co-ordination with the team.
• To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
• Hands on experience in franchise sales, lead management and Team management.
• Building & managing relationships with new clients and existing partners to upsell and cross-sell.
• Strategic planning to achieve sales target in timeline.
• Planning and directing the hiring as well as training of new sales representatives / executives.

Requirements:
• Candidates with Bachelor degree preferred.
• Must have Time Management & planning skill
• Must have Market Knowledge
• Must have Working Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales executive or a relevant role
