1st RESPONSIBILITY
I ensure a WOW Customer ExperienceI greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs.
I am trained to interact and engage with my customers
I practise my sport.
I master SBRAM/SALES
I promote sports by engaging customers through sports communities.
I practice my sport and inspire customers to join sports communities.
I stay informed and encourage customers to participate in Decathlon events or local sports activities related to their interests.
I ensure my customer is Satisfied or Satisfied
I propose the right products & services depending on the needs of my customers
I use all our channels (in store, .in, App…) to satisfy the customer’s needs
I Know how to offer the Circular TO range.
I propose the relevant services to the customer (buy back, repair & maintenance, personalisation).
I propose and provide to my customer all the available modes of payments.
I ensure a smooth check out experience
My Leaves for the year (aligned with the business plan) is planned
My customer is at the centre of my activity. I make myself available whatever I am doing.
2nd RESPONSIBILITY
I guarantee WOW layout (Layout Expert)My Layout is best in class for my customer
My Layout is safe - for me , my team and my customer.
My Layout is welcoming, seductive and engaging.
I ensure facing is quick and well maintained to guarantee see, touch, read, try and pick features
I ensure my customer can test all our solutions
I know and highlight the best omnichannel offer to my customers, both offline and online.
I know the complete offer in my store and online
I ensure My customer will find the entire range of products for their sport practise - either in store or online
I am product trained by the validated product trainer.
I suggest the best possible solution to my customer as per their need
I ensure all the necessary services for my sport are available to my customer
I highlight our Circular TO offer and relevant services
I set up high-performance sales generating layouts: high margin products, well stocked.
I find ways to boost business of my sport in the catchment
I suggest and highlight complementary products to enhance customer sport practice experience and boost sales (S+)
I ensure product availability by doing reliable, up to date and responsible inventory to support its omnichannel availability.
I ensure the signages are updated for the customers (Self-informed best choice)
I am accountable for delivery (efficiency)
