Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (International) to expand our global presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international markets, B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and lead generation in IT services, SaaS, or technology-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities:✔ Market Expansion & Strategy – Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets (USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, etc.).
✔ Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline – Generate high-quality leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events.
✔ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs, CEOs) and key decision-makers.
✔ Partnership Development – Establish strategic alliances with resellers, channel partners, and consultants to enhance market reach.
✔ Proposal & Negotiation – Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies to close deals.
✔ Sales Forecasting & Reporting – Analyze market trends, track sales metrics, and report insights to senior management.
✔ Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
✔ Attending Global Events & Conferences – Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and business summits to enhance brand presence.
✔ 5+ years of experience in international business development in IT services, SaaS, or technology industries.
✔ Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and deal closures with international clients.
✔ Strong knowledge of global markets, business regulations, and cultural differences in international trade.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) for pipeline management.
✔ Ability to travel internationally for business meetings and events.
✔ Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
