Drool Door is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our franchise expansion efforts within the hotel industry. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new franchise opportunities, fostering relationships with potential franchisees, and driving business growth across designated regions.

Key Responsibilities: 
 Franchise Development:
◼ Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities within the hotel industry that align with Drool Door's strategic goals and brand standards.
 Relationship Management: 
◼ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees, ensuring clear communication and understanding of franchise requirements, financial obligations, and operational standards.
 Negotiation: 
◼ Negotiate franchise agreements and contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and align with Drool Door's business objectives and legal requirements.
 Market Analysis: 
◼ Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
 Strategy Development: 
◼ Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve franchise growth targets, including market penetration strategies and expansion into new geographical areas.

 Qualifications:
▪Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
▪Proven experience in business development, preferably within the hotel industry or related sectors.
▪Strong understanding of franchise operations, including contract negotiation, financial analysis, and legal requirements.
▪Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
▪Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
▪Ability to travel as needed to meet with prospective franchisees and support existing franchise operations.
