Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, market research abilities, and experience in business expansion.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Business Growth & Strategy:

Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Develop and execute sales and business expansion strategies.

✅ Sales & Client Acquisition:

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close deals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
Meet sales targets and revenue goals as per company objectives.

✅ Negotiation & Deal Closure:

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Present proposals and business solutions that align with client needs.
Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.

✅ Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive growth.
Maintain and update CRM systems with sales data and client interactions.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

✅ Brand Positioning & Networking:

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Strengthen brand presence through partnerships and strategic alliances.
Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
