Overview: As a Business Development Manager for a dynamic start-up operating in the HR, Legal, and Travel sectors, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and identifying new opportunities. Your role will involve sales, marketing, client relationship management, and creating innovative solutions that support the company’s mission and objectives.

2) Client Acquisition and Relationship Development
3) Partnership Development
4) Sales and Revenue Generation
5) Collaboration with Internal Team
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HR, Legal, and Travel sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, law firms, travel agencies, and HR service providers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close strategic partnerships and deals.
Strategic Planning & Growth:
- Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for each sector.
- Develop pricing models, service offerings, and partnership structures.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business growth strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on business growth.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and market trends.
Networking & Brand Building:
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and business forums.
- Build brand credibility through thought leadership and industry engagement.
- Leverage digital platforms and partnerships to increase market penetration.
