Position Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in the IT sector. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Sales:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
Present IT services and solutions to potential clients and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.
Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.


3. Market Research and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint.


4. Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that attract potential customers.
Collaborate with the product team to develop solutions that align with market demands.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.


5. Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully.
Draft and oversee contract agreements to ensure compliance with company policies.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., software development, cloud computing, IT consulting).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
