by offering additional services or expanding service coverage.
3. Develop and execute strategic account plans for each key account,
outlining objectives, tactics, and timelines.
4. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries
and concerns promptly.
5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of services or
products.
6. Negotiate contracts and service agreements with key clients, ensuring
that terms are favourable for both parties.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor
activities.
8. Use market insights to develop strategies that give the company a
competitive edge.
9. Monitor key account performance against established KPIs (Key
Performance Indicators) and targets. Take corrective actions when
necessary to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance.
10. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to resolve any
issues or disputes quickly and effectively.
11. Ensure that all services and activities related to key accounts comply
with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
12. Gather feedback from key clients to continuously improve services and
address any concerns promptly.
13. Managing monthly billing volume.
14. Collecting and analyzing sales data and trends.
15. Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company
standards.
16. Liaising with sales and marketing departments to set and implement
strategies for new products.
17. Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new
ways to increase sales.
18. Establishing productive, professional relationships with premier customer
accounts; coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including
support, service and management resources, in order to meet account
performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
