Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, connecting with schools and driving LogIQids’ mission forward.
Lead Generation & Relationship Building
Engage with school principals, directors, and decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Conduct product demonstrations showcasing how LogIQids enhances students’ learning experience.
Travel (within and outside the city) to establish partnerships and onboard schools.
Sales Pipeline Management & Execution
Track leads, nurture relationships, and close deals to meet your targets.
Maintain a structured sales funnel ensuring smooth conversions.
Work closely with the School Relationship Manager to ensure a seamless program rollout post-signing.
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze competitors, research market trends, and implement new initiatives to explore untapped geographies.
Identify top schools in target regions and generate a list of qualified leads.
A genuine passion for education and inclination towards solving business issues through strong communication and presence of mind. An inherent ability to position, market, and sell an idea or product will be a key skill set.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good written and oral communication
Strong analytical ability
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and good time management, multitasking, and planning skills
