Reporting To: Head of Business Development/Chief Growth Officer
The Business Development Manager will spearhead growth initiatives for MediEND Surgery Care, a leading provider of tech-enabled, minimally invasive surgical solutions. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue expansion while upholding the company’s mission of compassionate, patient-first care.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth & Partnership Development
Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities within the surgical healthcare sector, including partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Expand MediEND’s network of trusted surgical providers and partner facilities across urban and semi-urban regions45.
Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with key stakeholders.
Market Analysis & Planning
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting surgical healthcare.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and market penetration.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Generation
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, focusing on expanding MediEND’s service offerings and patient base.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, surgeons, hospital administrators, and insurance partners.
Represent MediEND at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Reporting & Performance Management
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities, progress, and challenges.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Patient-Centric Innovation
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 0-2 years in healthcare business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the surgical healthcare landscape, including minimally invasive procedures and hospital operations45.
Skills:
