Key Responsibilities:

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Generate leads through market research, referrals, networking, and business directories.

Build a strong sales pipeline by approaching prospective clients and key decision-makers.

Develop customized proposals and presentations based on client needs.

Negotiate and close high-value deals that align with business goals.
3. Revenue Growth

Achieve assigned targets for new client acquisition, sales volume, and revenue generation.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing clients.

Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure profitability on deals.
4. Team Coordination and Collaboration

Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with business development goals.

Work closely with the operations, product, and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Train and mentor junior executives or sales associates in best practices.
5. Market Research and Reporting

Conduct in-depth market research to identify demand, competition, and target audience behavior.

Prepare detailed reports, business plans, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

Monitor and report KPIs related to lead conversion, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
6. Brand Representation

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
