Business Development Manager (Female)

Location: Lucknow

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you are the engine of our agency’s growth. Your mission is to identify high-potential brands, build meaningful relationships with CMOs and Marketing Directors, and lead the charge in winning new business. You aren't just looking for transactions; you are looking for long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry research.
  • Pitch Leadership: Lead the end-to-end 'Request for Proposal' (RFP) process, coordinating between the creative, strategy, and finance teams to build winning presentations.
  • Strategic Networking: Attend industry events and award shows to position the agency as a thought leader and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, nurturing them from initial 'hello' to signed contract.
  • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on competitor movements, emerging ad tech, and shifting consumer behaviors to refine the agency's value proposition.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records of the sales funnel to provide accurate revenue forecasting to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualification: Graduate in any stream
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in business development or account management, preferably within an advertising, media, or creative agency environment.
  • Communication: Mastery of the 'soft sell.' You should be able to tell a compelling story and command a room during a pitch.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand a client's business model and suggest high-level marketing strategies on the fly.
