DESIGNATION : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 
- JOB IN COIMBATORE FOR FEMALE 
- FRESHERS & EXPERIENCED CAN APPLY. 
COMMUNICATION SKILL IS MUST. 
WORK LOCATION WITHIN COIMBATORE. 
ON ROLE JOB. 
PROGRAM : MS OFFICE BASIC
Responsibilities:
Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
Expand the partnership base (both IFAs and Banks), develop and executive marketing strategies, develop and roll out training programs for partners, conduct motivation/town hall/and incentive meetings, and provide inputs to product development teams. 
Develop budgets, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to the senior management.
Expected to spend considerable amount of time in meetings with potential/existing partners and in ensuring that the right mix of capabilities, product knowledge and sales skills are developed by them.
