Identify and pursue new business opportunities across BFSI, fintech startups, NBFCs, and other sectors.

Drive end-to-end business development efforts — from lead generation to deal closure.

Build strong client relationships, understand their pain points, and propose tailored fintech solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategic plans to meet revenue and growth targets.

Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.

Monitor industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to stay ahead.

Maintain accurate records of business activities and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition — preferably in fintech, SaaS, or BFSI sectors.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
