Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in generating revenue, expanding our market presence, and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers. This position involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Opportunity Identification:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in targeted industries and regions.

2. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

Work closely with marketing teams to design and run targeted campaigns that attract high-quality leads.
3. Relationship Management:

4. Proposal Development and Negotiation:

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to the needs of potential clients.

Conduct negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to close high-value deals in line with company policy.

Draft contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal or finance department, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance.
5. Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop sales plans, strategies, and budgets to meet or exceed business development targets.

Set and monitor KPIs and targets for sales performance.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development goals with company objectives.
6. Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver seamless client experiences.

7. Reporting and Analysis:
