Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving business targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, managing key client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives.
The BDM will be instrumental in executing the company’s growth strategy by exploring untapped markets, enhancing client engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

Identify new market opportunities and define long-term business goals.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide business strategies.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through networking, research, industry events, referrals, and digital platforms.

Use various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and partnerships.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
3. Sales and Client Acquisition:

Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.

Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and RFP responses tailored to client requirements.

Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closure with clients.
4. Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning company solutions accordingly.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and technical teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Provide feedback from the market to internal teams for continuous product/service improvement.

Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
6. Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, client communications, and deals in CRM systems.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing performance metrics, targets achieved, and forecasts.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
7. Branding and Representation:
