Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth, client acquisition, and market expansion for our organization. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.
This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs, with strong skills in strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Revenue Generation

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets

Generate leads through cold calls, networking, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events

Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and convert them into clients

Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
2. Market Research & Strategy

Conduct market analysis, identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product or service launches

Suggest pricing models, sales techniques, and business expansion plans

Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales collateral
3. Client Relationship Management

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers

Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and check-ins to maintain strong engagement

Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions

Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams (technical, operations, support)
4. Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with marketing for lead generation, brand visibility, and digital campaigns

Coordinate with product and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sales

Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve offerings
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and sales in CRM

Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales progress, forecasts, and business development activities

Participate in sales review meetings and strategy planning sessions
