Job Description
- Job Description: Business Development Manager
- Timings :10am to 7pm (only Sunday off)
- Salary: depends on the experience
- 1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- 3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- 4. Collaborate with internal teams such as credit analysis, and operations to facilitate efficient loan processing and closing.
- 5. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the lending industry.
- 6. Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and financial solutions to prospective clients.
- 7. Negotiate terms and conditions of loan agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- 8. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- 9. Should have experience of all kinds of loans MSME, SME, CGTMSE,BL, HL, LAP, all type of reatail loans.
- 10. Mentor and coach junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
- 11. Should have good contacts with bankers for easy disbursement of loans.
- 1. Qualifications:
- • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan sales, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
- • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- • Strong understanding of financial products, lending practices, and regulatory compliance.
- • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
