Business Development Manager Job in Promote Abhi at Dwarka, Delhi

• Handle marketing initiatives and alliances in the assigned territory.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings & presentations.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objective
• Building market positions by defining, developing, locating, and closing business relationships.
• Examining potentials & risks for business opportunities.
• Attending meetings with clients & resolving their queries.
• Conducting research to identify customer needs & new market opportunities.
• Developing entry-level staff into valuable & skilled salespeople.
• Keeping records of revenues, sales, invoices, etc. 
• Responsible for business expansion.
• Responsible for business generation through New Accounts in the specified geographical area.
• Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales & handling clients efficiently.
• Setting targets and taking corrective action when needed, reviewing performance with team members.
• Monitor competitor activities and devise an effective countermeasure

Qualification and profile

• Post Graduate in marketing
• Candidate should have work ex in sales
• Should have a pleasing personality and boundless energy
• Must be having 4 to 5 years of relevant experience from education industry
• Should have the enthusiasm to work in a rapidly growing organization
