Job Description
Designation: Business Development Manager [BDM]
Product : Credit card
Location : Ernakulam, Trivandrum, kollam, Thrissur, Palakkad
Qualification: MBA Fresher/Any degree with Relevant sales experience
Salary : 25 to 30 Net Take home {Negotiable ,for unexceptional candidates }
Female or male
Age: Upto 38
Requirements:
1 .Good Communication skill
2. English Proficiency is a must
2. Two wheeler is mandatory
3. Target based / Banca channel
4. Drive Numbers
Roles and Responsibilities: Want to deal customers like corporates /professionals for the Premium cards.
Meet Corporate company HR ,and Employees, for selling the cards
Client handling, as well as target based profile, Reporting manager will be ASM Area Sales Manager of SBI card dept. in the location
Required Skills and Competencies:
Sales and Business Skills:

Proven success in achieving sales targets in credit cards, banking, or financial products.

Strong business acumen and market awareness.

Ability to identify leads, convert prospects, and manage objections effectively.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
-
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.

Ability to engage with clients at all levels, including CXOs in B2B environments.

Negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
Technical Competencies:
-
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.

Knowledge of credit card operations, billing cycles, reward structures, and underwriting processes.
