Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition:

Identify new market segments and opportunities for business growth.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, referrals, and digital platforms.

Conduct research and market analysis to understand customer needs and emerging trends.

Qualify potential clients, understand their requirements, and present appropriate business solutions.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closure and post-sale support.

Handle client negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service delivery expectations.
Strategic Planning & Sales Execution:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve short-term and long-term targets.

Set individual and team objectives in line with company revenue and market share goals.

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment on client needs and delivery standards.
Marketing and Branding Support:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and digital strategies aimed at lead generation.

Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Provide input on product positioning, messaging, and customer engagement strategies.
Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients.

Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Provide weekly/monthly performance reports to senior management with insights and recommendations.
