We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves building strong relationships, driving partner acquisition, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting overall growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners/clients.

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow business revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong long-term professional relationships.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.

  • Manage sales pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of business growth plans.

  • Attend events, meetings, and presentations as required.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and partnership activities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (education sector preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to meet targets and work under minimal supervision.
