Job Summary:
A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic planning and execution. The BDM acts as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, expanding the client base, and increasing revenue. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, communication skills, and market awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying New Business Opportunities:

Research and identify potential clients and new markets for business expansion.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.

Develop strategic plans to target high-potential sectors or industries.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Approach prospective clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and referrals.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client requirements, present solutions, and negotiate contracts or service agreements.

Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
3. Sales Strategy and Planning:

4. Market and Competitor Analysis:

5. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

6. Proposal and Contract Management:
