Job Description
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach to expand the chit fund subscriber base.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand client needs, discover new markets, and evaluate competitor activities.
Client Acquisition & Presentations: Generate and convert leads by presenting chit fund benefits to potential clients and guiding them to suitable schemes.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase chit fund subscriptions.
Local Promotion & Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing and use local networks to promote chit fund products in targeted areas.
Product Knowledge & Education: Stay updated on chit fund regulations and trends; educate clients on benefits, rules, and legal aspects.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms, clarify agreements, and ensure regulatory compliance in all transactions.
Client Service & Issue Resolution: Provide post-sale support, manage queries, and ensure smooth fund operations and payouts.
Team Coordination & Reporting: Work cross-functionally, report on sales and market feedback, and contribute insights for product improvement.
