- Generating business by bringing in new clients
- Maintaining business partnership with clients assigned by the company
- Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients & potential clients by proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Client retention & supporting revenue growth through business relations with key client stakeholders
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Identify client’s needs & effectively implementing techniques & project management procedures to address them
- Accountable for customer satisfaction, production support & defining standards of operation
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing and project management within the event management industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with event technology trends and solutions.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
