Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Power Trading & IEX. The role is located in Ahmedabad. The BDM will be responsible for analyzing the market, developing trading strategies, managing trading operations, and ensuring compliance with market regulations. The day-to-day tasks include monitoring power trading activities, liaising with regulatory bodies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the power sector.
Qualifications
2-3 years experience in Power Trading and Energy Exchange operations
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in market analysis and strategy development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and market regulations in the power sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Energy Management, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, and manage intensive work schedules
- Previous experience in the consultancy domain is a plus
