A newly ventured startup IT consulting firm needs to hire a recruitment director to set up a recruitment business in the Eastern India region.

The role demands a professional, credible and dynamic individual who will thrive on working with the founding directors to identify their needs and fulfil the range of recruitment services and deliver new sales by identifying new leads and managing the entire recruitment sales process from lead to close. You will be capable of selling to a potential audience with input from pre-sales engineers and advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Network to identify new direct client engagements within your targeted accounts
- Hunt new business through;
- Targeting marketing activities
- Cultivating relationships with key contacts
- Account mapping against existing customers/verticals
- Cold/Warm Calling
Education background
- A Bachelor's degree
- Advanced degree in a related field (desirable)
Skills & Experience
- Strong oral and written and interpersonal skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills
- A true hunter' and recruitment professional, with demonstrable success over a period.
- Excellent networker with experience working at management Level with end clients
- Ability to articulate a solution, technology and product positioning from a commercially driven business perspective
- Experience-driven storytelling and commercial creativity
- Persuasive with strong influencing skills
- Good time management with a hands-on' approach
- This role is home-based with travel to clients as and when required.
- Map client organization, build extraordinary relationships with new business units, build a sales strategy for developing new business opportunities
- Run end-to-end lead generation, sales and RFI/RFP processes
- Own and deliver on revenue, margin, pipeline, receivables and customer satisfaction targets
- Envision and create new opportunities within existing and new businesses.
