- Excellent communication skills in English – Both oral and written
- Email marketing, Social media marketing to convert leads into business
- Fulfill requests and answer questions from customers
- Setup and maintain a tracking database of customers
- Must be responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets.
- Should be excellent in software Implementation,interpersonal relationship skills,communication skills,customer relationship management skills and analytical skills.
Preferred skills:
- Positive attitude, attentive to one’s communication tone, and accepting of change.
- Sales and/or customer-facing experience a plus.
- Involves scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
- Direct marketing of Software products,Mobile Apps, Automated products etc,Generating fresh leads; Calling and fixing appointment;Meeting clients;Closing Sales,get prospect data base by participating in Seminars,Exhibitions,Regular Followups
- Good Internet exposure and awareness on web apps development is an added advantage.
