Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying and tying up with new Alliance Partners/ Merchants for Employee Benefits
- Identify new avenues and forge alliances for growing our relations with new and existing merchant
- Continuously interact with identified partners and manage relationships with them.
- Creating Market Presence and visibility of the Brand.
- Achieve business growth and market development across cross section of industries by making corporate presentations to top management and explaining the concept to them (Concept selling).
- Also Build, nurture and strengthen relationship with existing and potential clients.
- Plan new Events and manage it completely and effectively as per Clients requirements.
- Marketing, Business Development, Branding, Social Media Activities and also actively create Market Presence and visibility of the Brand.
- Good communication skills and passionate about results.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to deadlines.
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
- The candidate should be willing to travel for business development.
