Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to expand our counseling services. The ideal candidate will identify, engage, and build relationships with educational institutions and clients, promoting our counseling programs and driving enrollment in our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Strategy: Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to promote counseling services, particularly our Brain Neuron Test (BNT) and career counseling programs.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Reach out to schools, educational institutions, and corporate clients to introduce Navodyalaya’s counseling solutions and foster long-term partnerships.
- Counseling Program Promotion: Present and demonstrate the value of career counseling services to potential clients, showcasing how our programs align with NEP 2020 and support student growth.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and enrolling clients in our counseling programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the counseling team to ensure seamless communication, customized service delivery, and continuous improvement based on client feedback.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, client feedback, and activity logs for review by the management team.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Goal-oriented with a proven record of meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of NEP 2020 and career counseling methodologies is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
