Identifying new arenas for business development through self contacts and through scanning the branch data.
Acquisition of new corporate accounts and its effective management.
Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new schemes, competitors activities etc.
Upgrading the sales skills of branch staff in respect of services provided by department by organizing at least one cluster
Weekly branch visit
Overall sensitization of the branch staff so as to ensure alignment with the regional goal.
Attending to any technical problems faced by branches in connection of booking any services related to domain.
Coordinating between the branch and the HO for getting faster service and competitive rates for the customers.
