Role and responsibilities :

- Business development officer roles is responsible for generating new business from the sales officer and meeting targets by introducing our company's products range to existing and new customers.

- Recruit, train sales officers & generate business through them.

- Responsible for a managing a term.

- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries.

- Hold regular meetings with BDO, lead providers, Intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.

- Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
