Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development / Relationship Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills to expand the company’s market presence. This role involves identifying leads, building long-term relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales Growth:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customers.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.

3. Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Follow up on leads to convert them into long-term partnerships.

4. Revenue & Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Develop pricing strategies and proposals based on client needs.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress.

5. Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) for smooth execution.
Provide regular reports and updates to management.
