About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the intellectual property (IP) sales domain
2. Performing business intelligence to target potential clients (law firms, corporates, individual inventors, etc.)
3. Extracting and listing the potential clients
4. Scheduling meetings and presenting companies' IP services to potential clients physically or through web meetings
5. Coordinating with decision-makers of potential and existing clients, establishing a broad customer base and handling market development
6. Setting sales goals, tracking sales targets & KPIs, producing sales reports, completing monthly forecasting, suggesting improvements, and ensuring that the company meets its stipulated growth goals
7. Identifying & segmenting customer's basis potential (revenue, cross-sell) and driving revenue targets
8. Retaining high-value customers through various value-added service delivery models in coordination with the operation team
