We are looking for a Business Development Sales Associate for In Office Full Time Role @ Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Requirements:
✅The candidate should be well planned, Organized and have Time management skills
✅ Excellent communication, Strong Negotiation and Closing skills
✅ Languages preferred : English & Hindi. Any Other Additional Language is acceptable.
✅ Ability to work effectively in a team
✅ Sales & Performance Oriented Mindset
✅Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management skills
✅Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
✅Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Salary & Compensation:
✅ Rs.13,500 - Rs.15,000 Per Month (negotiable)
✅ 10%-40% Sales Based Incentives
✅ An Average Associate Takes Home Rs.1L+ Every Month In Total. Total Package After Incentives will be Rs.12L+ Per Year
Work Timings:
9 AM to 6 PM
