About the internship
Are you passionate about sales and looking to gain hands-on experience in business development? Upcycled Papers Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Development - Sales intern who is knowledgeable in sales and lead generation to join our dynamic team! As a Sales intern at Upcycled Papers Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team and founder to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
SootheEarth (Upcycled Papers Pvt Ltd) is a high Impact sustainability start-up, helping people say NO to deforestation by offering environmentally friendly paper products (for writing, printing, and packaging) that are 100% tree free, chemical free (made without bleaching), guilt-free, recyclable, biodegradable, and handcrafted. Each ton of our paper saves around 20 trees and each tree generates oxygen for 3-4 humans.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting market research to identify potential leads, meeting them, and offering our sustainable products
2. Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals
3. Generating leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics
4. Following up on leads and qualifying prospects to determine potential fit
5. Collaborating with the sales team to create and deliver compelling sales presentations
6. Assisting in sales negotiations and closing deals to drive revenue growth
7. Driving product launch and sales through retail & distribution networks for stationary.

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of 50000+ revenue generated).
