About Compass Career Discoverers

We are a new-age career counseling company specially catering to generation Z. Our main focus is to develop a career platform to cater to the career discovery needs of our generation in a new, modern and most importantly in a fun way. We don't just show students the path but take them through the whole journey of deciding careers. Our main objective is to enable people with the requisite knowledge of being able to take their own career decisions. We are the only career discovery platform that focuses on students experiencing the career rather than just reading about it, and getting precise information about their careers along with harboring talents that do not match the norm. We tend to keep a long term relationship with our clients, specifically from the start of 10th grade and till the end of college.

About the work from home job/internship

We require a young, vibrant skilful salesperson who's a real go-getter. We need someone who has a good connection with our target market, which consists of parents and school students. Since we're a virtual platform, the intern would not be required to physically meet anyone and can close deals from home. You will have the full support of the founders in terms of sales material and training.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prospecting for clients
2. Pitching to clients
3. Closing sales

I'd like to mention that this internship is highly remunerative, one of our former interns walked away with a commission of Rs 41,000.
