About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research potential clients that could benefit from Health Click Away's services
2. Update information on leads new clients and coaches in the CRM Database
3. Understand the various subscription plans and translate the benefits of the same via call/ chat/ email to coaches
4. Work with the marketing team to understand customer needs, market trends and assist in marketing strategies
5. Drive pitches to coaches 1:1 via presentations, illustrations, social media posts, meetings, calls, and other relevant activities
6. Schedule calls with prospective clients/ coaches on a day to day basis
7. Track the company's performance with appropriate metrics
8. Identify other business opportunities and health/ fitness competitors and find techniques and ways to stay relevant and updated by promoting the company's vision, goals, ideas and services, and products
9. Maintain the daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and records
10. Drive short/ medium/long-term sales operations that seek to grow the brand ( eg. creative sales ideas) and what it stands for by familiarizing oneself with the brand's services, plans, and app features
11. Assist in managing the sales operations from connecting with potential customers to invoicing and documentation of the same
12. Build the brand by securing meetings with decision-makers
13. Protect the organization's integrity by keeping sensitive information confidential
