Job Description
About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the booking of all travel and accommodation
2. Dealing with inquiries both over the phone and face to face, listening to customer's need, and acting upon them
3. Researching other rates and discount within the travel industry to maintain competitive rates and deals
4. Accurately recording information on company database and regularly reporting back to the management
5. Assisting clients in making travel arrangements for both business and holiday purposes
6. Helping & providing quotes to find the best value options available and making bookings for transport, accommodation, and sightseeing activities
7. Independently handling package quotation for domestic/international for 'GIT&FIT'
8. Working on coordination with vendors for better service to the passenger
9. Handling escalation which was escalated by the passenger
10. Customizing packages as per budget & requirements
11. Following up with prospective clients strongly
12. Carrying out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time
