1. Attending to the inquiries and selling our services over the phone, email, and direct walk-in meetings
2. Advising the best suitable options to the client and helping them make the right decision
3. Giving genuine and accurate information based on the current trends
4. Providing customized options to their needs
5. Achieving excellent customer service by proactively responding to client questions and advising customers on their needs
6. Meeting the assigned targets and enjoying the extra benefits as incentives
