Initially the employee will be on three months internship. Post internship period, employee can be absorbed as full time employee basis on performance. The job description is mentioned below.

He/she will work under a supervisor & operations personnel during sales calls and meetings in their allotted area.
Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search for local sales leads and prospects.
Study & analysis of store wise performance snapshot & gives an action plan.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Maintain contact with all customers on the floor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Facilitating Sales information flow.
Working with the Sales team to provide tactical support to the Agents on the floor by using a show & tell method.
Have to achieve certain product-specific quotas and provide service for all promoted products.
Understanding of demanded product store wise derived via customer interaction & floor presence.
Assist marketers/marketing analysts in assessing the market trends and buying trends of consumers/customers
