BOB Financial Solutions Limited (BFSL, formerly known as BOBCARDS Ltd.) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Baroda and a non-deposit accepting non-banking finance company (NBFC). BFSL was established in the year 1994 to cater to the need of rapidly growing credit card industry in a focused manner. BFSL is one among the pioneers in Indian card market and was the first nonbanking company in India to issue credit cards.
The company's core business is credit card issuance and consumer lending. It also provides support to Bank of Baroda by carrying out its merchant acquiring operations and its debit cards operation for its overseas territories/subsidiaries and sponsored RRBs. The company is aiming to expand within consumer credit, commercial credit, retail credit, capital market lending (loan against securities, IPO financing) and other financial services.

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on the acquisition of new customers by working physically from BOB branches nearby
2. Visit 4 -5 Bank of Baroda branches
3. Work on sourcing and acquisition of credit cards for the organization
4. Understand the organization's product and process for new client sourcing
5. Demonstrate the product line and product feature to the potential customer and advise on the right product for selection for the closure of the deal. And, any other projects basis organization's requirement.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 8th Dec'20 and 12th Jan'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Ahmedabad, Pune, Surat, Mumbai, Jaipur, Baroda, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Graduates (any stream) - 1st, 2nd & final year students
2. Postgrad (any stream) - both 1st and 2nd year students
3. Must have access to a PC/laptop with an internet connection
4. Penchant to do the acquisition of new customers by working through bank branches
5. Those who are graduates/postgraduates can also take this internship program till the time they find good
