1. Making a strategic business development plan and implementing it
2. Generation leads (phone/email)
3. Following-up with leads
4. Identifying new opportunities and markets to grow
5. Developing and nurturing relationships with clients
6. Developing proposals, agreements, and pitches for prospective clients
