Job Description
1. Work as the front of the company
2. Create and apply an effective sales strategy
3. Generate leads
4. Work on lead closure and team management
5. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
6. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
7. Arrange and close business meetings with prospective clients
8. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
9. Prepare sales proposals and documents
10. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
11. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
12. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
13. Work on the team handling
14. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

1. Background must be in PHP/mobile web services based companies
2. Proficiency in English
3. Market knowledge
4. Communication and negotiation skills
5. Proficiency in lead closure, negotiation, client handling, proposal writing, etc.
6. Time management and planning skills
7. Must have experience with portals like Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer
8. Experience in B2B sales/business development role
9. People with previous SaaS experience and/or B2B education selling experience will be preferred
10. Must have the skill to convert potential clients and maintain relations with them
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 10% of Sales that you make or deliver.
