About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage in cold calling to make proactive calls to the students
2. Maintain customer records by updating account information
3. Resolve product or service problems by escalating the customer queries to the manager
4. Attend events and college festivals & manage the entire event setup and logistics post the pandemic
5. Engage in active marketing by sharing pamphlets and marketing material with students to create awareness about the company and product post the pandemic
6. Work on lead collection - collect the contact information of students and event attendees
