Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound and outbound communication
2. Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales worldwide using different tools and mediums
3. Handle inter-department communication
4. Work on data-mining key contacts of organizations from websites like LinkedIn, TradeIndia, IndiaMART, etc.
5. Reach out directly or through partners to target prospective customers
6. Schedule appointments, prepare and deliver presentations to the client, having researched about their business and requirements
7. Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service and meet all client needs
8. Work as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organization
9. Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
10. Handle regular follow up and feedback with new and existing customers

Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (0.5% of sales).
